So... which condo to buy? There are many choices in Singapore (and overseas) and there are difficult decisions to make, for example, between new launch condominiums direct from the developer vs resale completed condominiums. Freehold vs leasehold? Which district or location to buy? I can share with you about all the new launches across Singapore (over 100+ at the moment) and also resale condominiums. And also overseas properties in Malaysia, UK, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Australia - and share from my experience, what are the potential risks and rewards of investing in overseas properties.

"Is it the right time to buy?" Real estate investment or property purchases are a big ticket item that require careful consideration of your financial situation and macroeconomic environment. For example, whether there's a recession coming, and if so, what happens to your property or your job stability. Or the possibility of changes to government policies that may impact your property purchase, for example ABSD (Additional Buyer Stamp Duty), Loan To Valuation (LTV) etc. I will share with you the risks of buying now vs the opportunity cost of not entering into the market now (both Singapore and overseas properties).
